The Gap in the Market
Dutch and European companies lose deals in Brazil and Angola for the same preventable reasons. Wrong structure. Unsuitable contracts. No one in the room who understands the local legal landscape — or speaks the language, literally.
Nabuco Advisory guides European companies through the legal, regulatory and commercial complexity of Brazil, Latin America, and Lusophone and Francophone Africa. We do it with authority built from working in those markets, not simply reading about them.
"Navigation. Judgment. Partnerships."
Where We Work
Latin America
The Netherlands is Brazil's fourth largest export destination. The Port of Rotterdam is the primary gateway for Brazilian commodities into the EU. Yet most Dutch companies enter without a legal guide who speaks the language, knows the regulatory landscape, and has stood in those rooms.
Lusophone & Francophone Africa
From Luanda's oil sector to Abidjan's agri-business corridor, African markets demand advisors who understand OHADA law, local content rules and environmental licensing. We guide you there, communicating in French and Portuguese at boardroom level.
The Netherlands
The Netherlands is one of Europe's primary gateways for investment and trade. Brazilian, Angolan and West African companies increasingly seek a Dutch or European foothold. Nabuco Advisory guides them through the legal and regulatory landscape from the other direction.
What We Do
Advisory and intelligence are our core architecture. Speaking and training are a result of our experience.
The right structure, the right partners, the right sequence — for Brazil, Angola, Mozambique, Côte d'Ivoire and beyond. We focus on navigation: from the idea to functioning status.
Keynotes and panels at chambers of commerce, investment forums, and commodities conferences. The arena where authority is established and mandates begin.
For commercial and legal teams working on Brazil, Latin America and African markets. Active format. Four languages. Half-day, full-day and custom.
Environmental compliance for Global South supply chains. Carbon credit advisory for Brazilian REDD+ and African reforestation projects.
